The final official CCG release, Parting Shots was a set of 54 cards released for free as digital cards. Attached is a spoiler detailing all of the cards in the set (originally linked to on the 7th Sea Website and hosted at Sir Jack Harding's http://www.7thsea.info.) The digital card releases (called "Salvos" are posted in replies below.)

Original Description from the 7th Sea Website:

Parting Shots was created shortly after the cancellation of the 7th Sea card game with the hard work of the playtesters, artists and Erik Yaple (AEG lead developer at the time). It was intended to address outstanding imbalances in the game and resolve a few of the on-going storylines. The cards are tournament legal unless the organizer clearly states otherwise.

The last (Sixth) salvo was released in two sets (A and B.) The only difference between these two versions is in the Captain Roberts card, In version B a notice was added stating that you could only play Captain Roberts if your name was in the credits of the most recent rulebook or if you have beaten a player playing from that faction.
